1. Who we are
This website is operated by XVI Group LLC, trading as Approved Consulting. References to "we", "us" and "the firm" mean XVI Group LLC. The governing law and jurisdiction are stated in clause 11.
2. Nature of the service
Approved Consulting is an advisory firm. We are not a bank, a payment processor, a payment service provider, an acquirer, a money transmitter or a regulated financial institution. We do not hold, receive, transmit or otherwise handle client funds at any point. Any agreement for payment services is entered into directly between the client and the relevant acquirer, provider or institution.
3. No guarantee of outcome
Nothing on this site is an offer, promise or guarantee that any application will be approved, that any partner will accept a given profile, or that any commercial terms will be obtained. Underwriting decisions are made solely by the relevant institution. We sell judgment and work; certainty is not for sale.
4. Not professional advice
The content of this site is general information about our practice. It is not legal, tax, accounting, regulatory or investment advice, and it must not be relied upon as such. You should obtain independent professional advice appropriate to your jurisdiction and circumstances before acting.
5. Eligibility
We advise merchants operating lawfully in the markets they serve. We do not accept mandates built on misrepresentation of activity, ownership or transaction flows, nor mandates whose purpose is to obscure the true nature of a business from a partner. We reserve the right to decline any enquiry without stating a reason.
6. Engagement
No advisory relationship arises from browsing this site, from submitting the contact form, or from any preliminary correspondence. An engagement begins only when a written engagement letter has been signed by both parties.
7. Intellectual property
All text, layout, graphics, marks and code on this site are owned by XVI Group LLC or licensed to it. You may view and print pages for your own reference. You may not reproduce, republish or exploit any part of this site commercially without our written permission.
8. Third-party links
Where this site links to third-party resources, those links are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of any third-party site.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude liability for any loss or damage arising from use of, or reliance on, this website, including indirect or consequential loss and loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may amend these terms at any time by publishing a revised version on this page. The date above indicates when the current version took effect.
11. Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
